That's a recipe for disaster/full-blown nightmare/total catastrophe!. I feel completely helpless/utterly lost/extremely vulnerable right now. My phone battery is dying/possessions are locked inside/plans are falling apart, and I have no idea what to do next/how to proceed/where to turn.
Trapped Outside with No Way In
It was/had been/began a delightful day until it rapidly changed wrong. I was/had been/am currently enjoying a peaceful afternoon hiking/strolling/exploring in the woods when I realized/discovered/noticed that the path/trail/route behind me/I had taken was gone/missing/vanished. Panic/Fear started/set in as I looked around/scanned my surroundings/examined the area but could not/was unable to find/locate/discover any sign of a way out/exit/passage. I was totally stuck/trapped/isolated.
It's now/currently getting darker/late and I am/feel increasingly/more and more worried/scared/concerned about what to do/take. I have my phone/a flashlight/some water but it's unlikely/doubtful/improbable that anyone will be able to/capable of finding me in time.
Perhaps I should/Maybe I could/I wonder if I can signal for help/build a shelter/find a source of food. It's a long shot/an uncertain gamble/a desperate attempt but it's the best/only/remaining option I have.
